Happy Customers are paramount and we hope you are 100% happy with your purchase. However, if you do want to return any goods purchased please let us know in writing within 14 days if you want a refund or a replacement.

The goods are to be unused and undamaged and returned in the original packaging at the Customer's own expense. The goods will remain the Customer's until received by us. Please send back goods by a Signed For service as we do not accept proof of postage as proof of delivery. Please ensure you enclose your name, address, telephone number and proof of purchase with your returned order. We regret that postage and packaging costs can't be refunded unless the items are faulty.

A refund will be issued within 14 days of the returned goods being received - subject to them being received in the original packaging, unused and undamaged.

Unfortunately, Sale items cannot be refunded.

We don't keep large amounts of candles in stock. We want our Customers to be happy with their products and for them to be as fresh as possible. Our products are usually made to order so this could mean that they take a little longer. However, we try to dispatch the products within 48 hours but we will always notify you by email if there could be a delay. We will email confirmation when your order has been despatched.



Orders over £10.00 will be made by My Hermes (or similar) for £4.95. Sorry, we only deliver to UK addresses at the moment. Typical delivery time is between 2 - 4 working days. Delivery is FREE on orders over £50.00.


Damaged Items

If your order is damaged on receipt, please could you state that on the courier's paperwork and notify us straightaway. It is always useful if you can take a photo of the damaged packaging and email to us at A replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours, depending on stock levels.



You may cancel your order up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 14 days. Please inform us in writing by email if you wish to cancel your order.
